1. Drafting and handling of conveyancing/corporate documentation (sub-sale, developer project) and related matters
2. Managing loan documentation
3. Managing files and ensure completion of matters
4. Liaise with clients, bankers, property agents, developers, and relevant authorities
5. Handle any other ac-hoc tasks and duties assigned as and when required to do so
