Main Responsibilities
- Report to Line 1 Security Management.
- Manage security manpower on ground, control them & inspect them.
- Act as the focal person between Line 1 Security Department and security provider companies.
- Communicate any security instruction to security manpower on ground.
- Direct security manpower to implement our security operative procedure.
- Conduct on job Training for security manpower and teach them how to apply SOP on ground.
- Monitor security manpower performance and appearance and report any issue to security Management.
- Follow up status of security solutions and report any dysfunction.
- Submit “Daily Shift report” concerning attendance, Lights, Fence…etc.
- Ensure documentation in all security logbooks and ensure compliance with our recording standard.
- Follow attendance of outsourced security manpower on ground and report it to Line 1 Security Management.
- Follow up sites updates & Organize security manpower deployment as per work activities.
- Report any security breach or incidents on ground.
- Conduct investigation report in case of any incident.
- Collect any required data concerning legal process or regulations.
- Intervene to assist expats and local employees in case of emergency or accident.
- Perform any other duties as requested by Line 1 security Management or Colas Rail Security Director.
Qualifications
Education:
Any Graduation Certificate
Experience
At least 3 years
