Real Estate Acquisitions Specialist – Remote/Hybrid Opportunity

The Role:
We’re on the lookout for a driven and results-oriented Acquisitions Specialist to help source and secure residential investment opportunities. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys fast-paced sales environments, has a hunger to grow, and wants to be part of a company where every deal makes a direct impact. We wholesale and flip single family properties all across the nation, but focus on the Southeast. We also have the ability to take down new construction projects in our main market: Charleston, SC !
Your Day-to-Day:
Reach out to homeowners and network with agents, investors, and builders
Present and negotiate offers based on property comps, estimated rehab costs, and investment strategy
Assess deals using MAO (Maximum Allowable Offer) methodology
Work closely with our internal dispositions and transactions team to move deals through the pipeline
Stay informed on real estate trends, local ordinances, and industry best practices
What We’re Looking For:
At least 1 year of experience in sales (required)
Prior exposure to residential real estate or wholesaling (preferred)
Confident communicator and skilled negotiator
Self-starter who can take initiative while also being a team player
Hungry to learn, improve, and perform at a high level
Living locally is a plus, but we are open to fully virtual candidates as well
