Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to join the Development Analytics Technology team in a dynamic and collaborative environment. In this role, you will serve as a critical liaison between Development, ADC, Legal, and Technology business stakeholders and technical teams, helping to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You will play a key role in supporting Salesforce operations, driving process improvements, maintaining data integrity, and contributing to the successful delivery of technology projects that support organizational development goals.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements, document business processes, support project delivery, and test new system functionality and enhancements
- Support Salesforce and Developmental Operational processes by troubleshooting customer support issues, managing user requests, processing specialty development deals, maintaining data quality, and implementing process improvements
- Monitor and audit system data, investigate recurring issues, connect teams to coordinate resolutions, and identify efficiency opportunities and overall user experience improvements
- Build strong partnerships across business, technology, and operations teams to facilitate project delivery, enhance system functionality, support users, and ensure accurate and reliable business data
- Effectively balance multiple projects and priorities, proactively identify opportunities to support development goals, and serve as a trusted and communicative partner to both business and technical stakeholders
- Prepare and act as point of contact on small to medium level enhancement request projects and assist with larger projects
- Conduct routine database audits and quality reviews to identify discrepancies, duplicate data, missing information, and process gaps
- Coordinate and process specialty development deal records to appropriate stakeholders
Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into system requests
- Advanced proficiency in Salesforce, including reporting, dashboards, and data management
- Excellent attention to detail with a strong commitment to data accuracy and quality
- Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across business and technical teams
- Experience identifying process gaps and implementing improvements to enhance efficiency and user experience
Experience:
- 4+ years of advanced experience in business analysis, database management, business process support, or related roles
- 3+ years of advanced hands-on experience with Salesforce, including reporting, dashboards, and data management
- Experience managing multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- 2+ years of work experience in analytics, consulting, hospitality, real estate development, or related fields is preferred
- Salesforce Certified Platform Foundations or Salesforce Business Analyst Certification is preferred
