Manage and oversee all aspects of real estate transactions from start to finish.
Conduct due diligence, including title searches and reviewing legal documents.
Handle online filings and manage case details through online research platforms.
Communicate with clients, lenders, brokers, and other parties involved in transactions.
Advise clients on legal issues related to residential real estate matters.
Manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in residential real estate law.
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school.
Admission to the New York State Bar or eligibility for admission (ability to waive in).
Experience with online filing systems and research platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to manage competing priorities and work efficiently under pressure.
Demonstrated dedication, self-discipline, and sense of responsibility.
Education
