Senior Legal Counsel – Renewable Energy | Remote (Europe)
Join a leading international renewable energy business at the forefront of delivering utility-scale solar projects across Europe. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Legal Counsel to play a key role in supporting complex EPC projects from contract negotiation through to claims and dispute resolution.
You'll advise on high-value construction and commercial contracts, partner with senior stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions, and help shape legal strategy on some of Europe's most significant renewable energy projects.
What we're looking for:

Strong experience in construction/EPC law, ideally within renewable energy, infrastructure or engineering

Expertise in drafting and negotiating complex commercial contracts

Experience managing claims, disputes, arbitration and contract administration

Commercial, pragmatic approach with the ability to influence senior stakeholders

International or cross-border legal experience is highly desirable
