Hospitality Project Manager
Location: Van Buren, AR
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Direct Staffing is recruiting for one of our valued clients that is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Hospitality Project Manager. Job Responsibilities
- Manage multiple hospitality and commercial projects from quotation through final delivery.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers.
- Coordinate project timelines, specifications, approvals, and deliveries.
- Communicate effectively with Sales, Purchasing, Engineering, Production, and Logistics.
- Monitor project progress and proactively resolve issues.
- Maintain project documentation and customer communications.
- Assist with quotations, order processing, and project scheduling.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout every stage of the project.
Qualifications
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 3–5 years of experience in project coordination, project management, account management, customer service, sales support, or a related field.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
Preferred:
- Experience in hospitality, commercial construction, manufacturing, lighting, FF&E, distribution, or related industries.
- Experience reviewing project specifications, drawings, and schedules.
- Experience with ERP, CRM, or project management software.
Schedule
Training Period
- Monday–Thursday, four 10-hour days
After Training
- Monday–Thursday, four 9-hour days in the office
- Half-day Friday working remotely using a company-provided laptop
Pay: $20.00 per hour
