Summary
Our client, a leading orthopedic practice, is seeking full-time Medical Paralegals to support their growing team. This is a remote role, but candidates must reside in Florida, New York, or New Jersey. The position is highly detail-oriented and deadline-driven, focused on reviewing medical records and building treatment timelines in collaboration with physicians.
Salary
$25.00–$30.00/hour + benefits
Job Responsibilities
You’ll review medical records and draft comprehensive treatment timelines.
You will interpret orthopedic medical terminology and summarize patient treatment history.
A strong QA mindset is required to ensure consistency and accuracy across documentation.
You must be comfortable working under tight deadlines with strict attention to detail.
This is a head-down role involving focused reading, typing, and digital communication with physicians.
You’ll work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Qualifications
You must have a professional certification and/or a college degree.
Experience in Workers’ Compensation or Personal Injury law is required.
You need a strong understanding of orthopedic medical terminology.
You must be able to review and interpret policy and treatment guidelines.
Proficiency with Google Chrome and Gmail is required.
Strong attention to detail, writing, and time management skills are essential.
