Position: REMOTE Insurance Coverage Attorney
We are collaborating with a top-tier law firm based in LA who are seeking an Insurance Coverage Attorney. This position offers 100% remote flexibility and the opportunity to work with reputed clients and build a long-term career.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide legal advice on complex insurance coverage issues.
Litigate insurance coverage disputes and bad faith claims in both state and federal courts.
Conduct detailed research and draft legal opinions, coverage letters, briefs, motions, and other documents.
Collaborate with clients to develop strategies for risk management and resolution of coverage disputes.
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Admitted to practice law in California.
2+ years of experience in insurance coverage litigation and policy analysis.
Salary Range: $150k – $210k + Bonus
