We are seeking an energized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our well established Estate Planning Law Firm. The Receptionist plays a crucial role in providing exceptional client service by managing appointment scheduling and handling inbound client phone calls. This position requires a professional and courteous demeanor, excellent communication skills, and a strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
– Schedule appointments for clients with attorneys and other staff members
– Answer incoming client phone calls and provide assistance or direct calls to the appropriate person
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information in the scheduling system
– Follow up with clients to confirm appointments and provide reminders as needed
– Assist with general administrative tasks as assigned by management

Requirements:

– Prior legal experience is not required; however, we are seeking a candidate with a history of customer service oriented positions.

– Familiarity with estate planning or legal terminology is a plus
– Strong interpersonal skills and ability to handle client relations with professionalism and empathy.
– Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
