We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated country regulatory assistant for plant protection products. Apply if you want to join a dynamic international team as a country regulatory assistant supporting national authorisations and application submission for registration of plant protection products.
The successful candidate will receive professional support, as well as the necessary training and an induction into the duties associated with the role.
Job description and tasks:
- Location: Czech Republic and Slovak Republic
- Provide administrative and coordination support in the preparation and submission of dossiers for plant protection products in the Czech Republic and Slovak Republic in line with Regulation 1107/2009, in cooperation with the internal Regulatory Team and/or external consultants.
- Assist the Regulatory Team in implementing regional regulatory strategies, tracking submission timelines, and supporting activities to ensure timely product authorization and compliance with post-registration requirements.
- Support the organization and coordination of meetings with regulatory authorities, institutes, CROs, laboratories, and other relevant organizations, including preparation of materials and follow-up actions.
- Preparation of prioritization lists of regional registration activities in collaboration with key stakeholders and coordination of the related regulatory activities for the The assigned portfolio.
- Monitor changes in national legislation related to active substances and plant protection products.
- Work with the local sales and marketing team.
Requirements:
- Higher education: agronomy, biology, chemistry or equivalent discipline.
- Basic knowledge about plant protection products and Regulation 1107/2209 and connected Law.
- Basic knowledge of how to operate with regulatory authorities will be advantageous.
- Basic experience in risk assessment, registration reports preparation or study contractation will be advantageous.
- Very good level of written and spoken English; other language skills are advantageous.
- Self-motivation.
- Ability to manage complex issues and prioritize workload.
