🎯 The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Regulatory Affairs Specialist / Compliance Advisor / Policy Manager to support regulatory compliance, policy development, and governance initiatives across the organization.
This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical and communication skills who can navigate complex regulatory environments, manage compliance frameworks, and support internal stakeholders on policy and regulatory matters.
You will play a key role in ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, maintaining internal compliance standards, and supporting risk mitigation initiatives.
🚀 What You’ll Do
Monitor and interpret relevant regulatory and policy developments
Support development, implementation, and maintenance of internal compliance frameworks and policies
Ensure business operations align with applicable regulatory requirements and industry standards
Conduct compliance reviews, risk assessments, and internal audits where required
Prepare regulatory documentation, reports, and policy-related materials
Provide guidance to internal teams on compliance and regulatory matters
Coordinate with external regulators, auditors, and industry stakeholders when necessary
Support incident management, corrective actions, and compliance improvement initiatives
Maintain accurate compliance records and reporting documentation
✅ What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Law, Public Policy, Business, Regulatory Affairs, or related field
3–8+ years of experience in regulatory affairs, compliance, governance, risk, or policy-related roles
Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance processes
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage sensitive and high-responsibility matters with professionalism
Experience working in regulated industries is highly preferred
Strong attention to detail and process discipline
Ability to work independently in a hybrid setup
Professional certifications in compliance, governance, or risk management are a plus
