We are looking for an exceptional and experienced Nurse to join our East Memphis office. You will work closely with attorneys and legal teams to analyze, interpret, and provide expert guidance on medical records and healthcare regulations. • Reviewing medical records and completing medical summaries
• Evaluating incoming potential medical malpractice cases
• Communicating with clients and their family members
• Getting regular treatment updates from clients; updating case files
• Doing research and conducting literature searches
• Coordinating with outside experts as directed by medical malpractice attorneys
Qualifications:
• Registered Nurse (RN) License; minimum of 5 years clinical experience preferred
• Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, medical terminology, and patient care standards
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to translate complex medical information into clear, concise reports
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism; personable and compassionate demeanor to work with clients
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Familiarity with case management software and other legal research tools is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite Compensation: $35 – $40 hourly
