Lawyer (m/f/d) – Cooperations within the Renewable Energy Sector
Our client, one of the leading project developers for renewable energies in Germany, is looking for a committed lawyer (m/f/d) to strengthen the team and drive the energy transition forward together.
Your tasks:
Give support with any legal matter to the development team in Germany.
Carrying out the preparation of contracts, PDA’s, NDA’s, lease agreements, etc.
Lead the incorporation of new SPV’s and corporate governance of such (drafting of minutes, secretary’s certificate, filling within the Commercial Registry).
Directly manage the relationship with external legal advisors and other stakeholders when needed (landowners, administrations).
Carrying out legal due diligence
Managing all the information related to contracts based on the input received from the local development team in Germany and under the guidance of the Spanish legal team.
Keep up to date with all matters regarding the renewable energy’s market and regulation in German.
Your profile:
Full-time lawyer (m/f/d) or Business lawyer (m/f/d) OR Real Estate Lawyer with sound knowledge of corporate law.
Initial experience in plant construction, renewable or real estate construction and knowledge of VOB/B is an advantage.
Structured working methods, team spirit and strong communication skills.
Very good written and spoken English skills (Spanish is a plus)
