About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Residential Real Estate Paralegal to support a busy legal team handling high-volume closings. This role requires strong attention to detail, organization, and the ability to manage multiple transactions from contract through closing.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage 25–30 real estate files from contract to closing
- Prepare Closing Disclosures (CDs) and closing packages
- Coordinate with lenders to ensure TRID compliance
- Order and review title, lien searches, surveys, and estoppels
- Communicate with buyers, sellers, agents, and lenders
- Resolve title and closing issues efficiently
- Handle post-closing tasks including recording and title policies
Qualifications
- 5+ years of real estate paralegal experience
- Strong experience with residential closings from start to finish
- Knowledge of FAR/BAR contracts and real estate transactions
- Familiarity with title, survey review, and loan documents
- Experience with DoubleTime or RamQuest (preferred)
- Highly organized with strong multitasking skills
