Megeredchian Law is a personal injury law firm located in Burbank, CA. We specialize in car accident cases and are currently seeking a qualified applicant to fill the Trial Attorney position in our Litigation Department.

Responsibilities:
· Day-to-day handling of cases from filing of the complaint to trial.
· Provide guidance and lead the litigation team.
· Taking depositions of parties, witnesses, and experts.
· Reviewing drafted documents from staff and associates.
· Trial preparation and strategy.
· Prepare and strategize Motions in Limine and associated trial documents.
· Settlement negotiations.
· Settlement/dispositive proceedings [Mediations, arbitrations, etc.]
· Jury trials as First Chair.
· Post-trial motions.
· Provide legal opinions to clients.
Required qualifications:
· Trial experience as first or second chair.
· Active member in good standing with the California State Bar.
· Experience in Personal injury law litigation experience.
· Be able to work under strict deadlines and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
· Be able to handle a large case load.
· Strong legal research and analysis.
· Strong legal writing skills.
· Law and motion experience.
· Well organized and detail oriented.
· Reliable and punctual.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $250,000.00 – $500,000.00 per year
