Job Details
This position offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated, high-value transactions involving acquisitions, dispositions, financing, and development of commercial properties across a variety of asset classes.
Key Responsibilities
- Structure, negotiate, and close commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing matters
- Represent developers, investors, lenders, and institutional clients in complex real estate deals
- Draft and review purchase and sale agreements, lease agreements, loan documents, and related transactional materials
- Support real estate financing transactions, including borrower and lender-side representation
- Conduct due diligence, including title, survey, and zoning review
- Collaborate with land use, environmental, and corporate teams on multidisciplinary matters
Qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited law school and active Florida Bar admission
- 5+ years of commercial real estate or transactional experience
- Strong experience handling acquisitions, dispositions, and financing transactions
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Ability to manage deals independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong client service orientation and attention to detail
