POSITION INFO:

Role: Junior Compliance Administrator Category: Compliance Location: Gqeberha. Salary: R10 000 ( 12 Month fixed Contract ) Our client is a trusted national provider of risk management solutions to licensed Financial Services Providers (FSPs) and other corporate institutions. As part of their drive to centralize services, they have established a Virtual Compliance Monitoring Hub based in Gqeberha. They are currently seeking two Junior Compliance Administrators to join this dynamic, office-based team on an Inseta-funded 12-month fixed-term contract. This administrative and operational role operates within a limited client-facing environment, assisting senior compliance officers with documentation reviews, data processing, and report compilation. Key Responsibilities: Perform large-scale remote monitoring of client files across corporate environments. Review documentation to ensure compliance with FAIS, FICA, and POPIA regulations. Sample and evaluate audio recordings of advice and direct marketing calls. Record all findings in structured formats for review by senior compliance officers. Maintain monitoring results in internal systems with high precision. Compile comprehensive summary reports with well-supported findings. Assist in drafting feedback documentation and ensuring internal deadlines are strictly met. Provide administrative support to the regional office and the national compliance team. Support internal communication tracking, filing, and data management. Offer ad hoc assistance during compliance audits and special projects. Education: A completed qualification in Financial Planning, Law, Business Economics, Administration, or a related field. Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with South African financial regulations (FAIS, FICA, POPIA) is highly advantageous. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Communication: Strong written communication and report-writing abilities. Core Skills: Excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and data processing capabilities.
