Mandatory Requirements to Apply
- JD from an accredited law school.
- New Jersey Bar admission required; NY Bar is a plus.
- 5+ years of commercial real estate experience.
- Strong experience with real estate transactions and commercial lending/financing.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, analytical, organizational, and client-service skills.
- Ability to manage transactions independently and meet deadlines.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate purchase/sale agreements, leases, loan documents, financing, and development agreements.
- Represent lenders, borrowers, developers, investors, and business owners in commercial transactions.
- Handle due diligence, title and survey review, deal structuring, and closings.
- Advise clients on zoning, land use, permitting, title, and regulatory matters.
- Manage multiple transactions while supporting client relationships and business development.
Salary, Benefits & Growth
- $170,000–$225,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
