A leading global law firm are seeking a Real Estate Associate to join their highly regarded Real Estate team in their Southampton office. Role In this role the successful candidate is expected to be a technically proficient real estate lawyer ideally with 1
PQE who has had extensive exposure to quality real estate work from a large city / regional firm. Candidates will be expected to be able to demonstrate at interview that they have:
Rounded experience advising landlords and/or tenants on large portfolios of properties. Strong internal and external networking skills and use these effectively to generate work in your own right. Ideally, have experience of supervising the technical work of others and enjoy devoting dedicated time to share your expertise through coaching and mentoring. Extensive exposure to quality real estate work gained in a large regional or city firm. You This role would suit candidates with at least 1 year PQE in real estate law from a well-regarded firm.
