This role involves handling a wide range of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, and development. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in real estate law and demonstrate excellent communication skills in working with clients and stakeholders to facilitate successful transactions.
Key Responsibilities
Handle commercial real estate transactions such as acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, and development.
Draft, review, and negotiate transactional documents and agreements.
Conduct due diligence and manage the closing processes.
Collaborate with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transaction execution.
Stay informed about real estate laws and regulations to provide expert legal counsel.
Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Admission to the Florida Bar (required).
Minimum of 4+ years of relevant experience in commercial real estate transactional matters.
Strong academic credentials and a proven track record of professional excellence.
Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
