We are seeking an experienced procurement leader to drive strategic sourcing, contracting, and supply chain management for major industrial projects from FEED through EPC execution. Reporting to the Project Director, the Project Procurement Head will establish robust procurement governance, oversee global vendor management, and drive commercial strategies to ensure successful project delivery; meeting targets for cost, quality, schedule, and HSSE performance.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline; Master's degree preferred.
- 20+ years of procurement, contracting, or supply chain experience, including 12 years in senior leadership roles in EPC, petrochemical, refinery, fertilizer, syngas, energy, or industrial projects.
- Proven experience supporting large-scale international projects across FEED and EPC phases.
- Strong commercial negotiation, contract management, global sourcing, and supplier development capabilities.
- Experience working in multinational and multicultural project environments with willingness to travel internationally.

Job Description
- Develop and execute procurement, contracting, and sourcing strategies aligned with project objectives.
- Lead procurement activities for FEED, EPC, EPCM, and Owner's Procurement scopes, including tendering, contract negotiations, and supplier selection.
- Manage global supplier relationships, long-lead equipment procurement, logistics, and supply chain risk mitigation.
- Drive commercial excellence, cost optimization, vendor performance, and procurement governance.
- Drive localization strategies while maintaining international quality and compliance standards.
- Lead and develop procurement teams while collaborating with Engineering, Construction, Operations, Finance, Legal, and HSSE stakeholders.
- Act as the primary procurement advisor to project leadership and executive stakeholders.
