Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your contract reviewing expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and detail-oriented teammates.
You'll play a crucial role in ensuring contractual compliance, enhance opportunities and mitigating risks. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Legal, Project Management, Finance, and Procurement among others), provide insightful guidance during contract negotiations, and much more.
We’ll look to you for:
- Reviewing, drafting, and negotiating contracts to align with company policies and objectives.
- Advising project teams on contractual risks and obligations.
- Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Supporting dispute resolution and claims management processes.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide legal insights.
- Identifying potential risks and proposing mitigation strategies.
- Enhance potential opportunities preparing robust case and strategies
- Monitoring contract performance and ensuring adherence to agreed terms.
- Prepare and keeping update all contractual documentations and contract manager tools.
- Monitor and ensure that administrative documentation is delivered within the required deadlines.

- Degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience or understanding of contract negotiation, drafting, and reviewing.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comply with the company's health, safety and environmental management system.
- Comply with the company's ethics and compliance policy.
