Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your contract reviewing expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and detail-oriented teammates.

You'll play a crucial role in ensuring contractual compliance, enhance opportunities and mitigating risks. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Legal, Project Management, Finance, and Procurement among others), provide insightful guidance during contract negotiations, and much more.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Reviewing, drafting, and negotiating contracts to align with company policies and objectives.
  • Advising project teams on contractual risks and obligations.
  • Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Supporting dispute resolution and claims management processes.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide legal insights.
  • Identifying potential risks and proposing mitigation strategies.
  • Enhance potential opportunities preparing robust case and strategies
  • Monitoring contract performance and ensuring adherence to agreed terms.
  • Prepare and keeping update all contractual documentations and contract manager tools.
  • Monitor and ensure that administrative documentation is delivered within the required deadlines.

  • Degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience or understanding of contract negotiation, drafting, and reviewing.
  • Knowledge of legal principles, risk management, and compliance practices.
  • Familiarity with international contract standards and frameworks.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comply with the company's health, safety and environmental management system.
  • Comply with the company's ethics and compliance policy.
  • Actively participate in the growth of the Agile, Inclusive, and Responsible business values.
