We are working with a top-tier national firm based in Dublin for an Associate to join their Commercial team.
The Role:
The successful candidate will join a growing Commercial team advising a diverse client base on a broad range of commercial, technology, AI and data protection matters. The role involves providing practical advice on day-to-day legal issues, business initiatives and complex contractual arrangements, while acting as an adviser to both growing and established businesses across multiple sectors.
The position also includes drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements, advising on technology and data-related legal issues, and supporting clients on wider business and regulatory matters.
Essential Criteria:
- 1-4 years’ PQE;
- Commercial law experience;
- Strong drafting skills;
- Strong academic background;
- Technically excellent;
- Ability to work within a team and on your own initiative;
- Willingness to engage in business development;
- Organisation skills;
- Strong commercial awareness.
