We are looking for a detail-oriented Project Assistant to join our team on a contract basis in Miami, Florida. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting project management efforts, ensuring timelines are met, and contributing to the success of various construction-related initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organizational skills and a passion for delivering quality work.
Responsibilities:
• Assist in managing project timelines and ensuring all deadlines are met efficiently.
• Support construction project coordination by tracking progress and addressing any scheduling conflicts.
• Maintain and update master schedules to reflect project milestones and deliverables.
• Perform scanning and documentation tasks to ensure all project records are accurate and accessible.
• Collaborate with project managers to identify and resolve potential challenges.
• Communicate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and information sharing.
• Monitor project activities to ensure compliance with established plans and standards.
• Prepare and distribute regular status reports to stakeholders.
• Help streamline project management processes for improved efficiency.
• Proven experience in project assistance or coordination, preferably within construction or related industries.
• Strong ability to manage timelines and ensure project schedules are adhered to.
• Familiarity with master scheduling techniques and tools.
• Proficiency in scanning and maintaining organized documentation.
• Solid understanding of project management principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in using relevant software and tools for project tracking and documentation.
