The Role ;
You will manage your own caseload of varied private client matters, including:
Wills and estate planning Probate and estate administration Powers of attorney Court of Protection matters Trusts and associated tax considerations Youll have autonomy in your day-to-day work, supported by experienced colleagues who are always on hand for guidance and collaboration.
What Were Looking For ; A Solicitor or Legal Executive between NQ and 5 years PQE Strong grounding or interest in private client work A personable, empathetic approach with excellent client-care skills The ability to manage own caseload confidently A proactive, organised mindset and a genuine enthusiasm for developing your expertise Whats on Offer;
