Experienced Conveyancer/Conveyancing Solicitor Our client is seeking an experienced Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer to join their growing Chelmsford office. This is an excellent opportunity for a residential property professional with at least 5 years’ PQE who is passionate about client service, business development, and building strong relationships with local agents and professionals. The successful candidate will play a key role in the continued growth of the office, managing a residential conveyancing caseload while contributing to business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
Managing a residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion. Providing clear, practical advice to clients on a range of residential property matters. Developing and maintaining relationships with local agents and professional contacts. Ensuring high standards of legal reporting, documentation, and client care. Supporting compliance with SRA, CQS, and other regulatory requirements. Assisting with audits and promoting best practice across the team.
Supervising and mentoring junior team members where appropriate. Collaborating effectively with office-based and remote colleagues. Maintaining strict confidentiality and data security standards. Keeping management informed of progress, developments, and any issues arising. Requirements:
Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer. Minimum 5 years’ PQE with strong residential property experience. Excellent communication, client relationship, and organisational skills. Strong understanding of compliance, regulatory frameworks, and industry best practice. Proactive approach to business development and networking. Commitment to continuous professional development and embracing legal technology. Ability to work collaboratively and contribute positively to team success.
