The Role:
You will manage a varied and rewarding private client caseload, advising individuals and families on a broad range of matters, including:
Drafting wills and advising on estate planning Probate and estate administration , including taxable estates Inheritance tax (IHT) planning Trusts and succession planning Lasting Powers of Attorney Providing clear, empathetic advice to clients You will work as part of a friendly and collaborative private client department , with access to strong support and the opportunity to develop your practice. Candidate Requirements:
Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive Solid experience in Private Client / Probate work Ability to manage files with a good level of autonomy Strong client‑care skills and attention to detail A collaborative and approachable manner What’s on
