A reputable firm based in Central London is seeking a driven and experienced Private Client Paralegal to join their team. Responsibilities:
Supporting solicitors with a variety of private client matters, including Wills, Trusts, Probate, and Lasting Powers of Attorney.
Assisting in drafting and preparing legal documents, including Wills and trust deeds.
Managing and progressing a caseload under supervision, including estate administration and probate matters.
Liaising with clients, financial institutions, and external stakeholders to gather information and provide updates.
Preparing inheritance tax forms and related documents.
Maintaining client files and ensuring compliance with regulatory and legal standards.
Conducting legal research and providing administrative support as needed.
Requirements:
A minimum of 1 year of experience working in private client law.
Strong knowledge of Wills, Probate, and Trusts.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive client matters with discretion.
A proactive and detail-oriented approach to work.
Proficiency in legal case management systems and Microsoft Office.
