Position: Private Client Associate 3- 7 PQE

Private Client Solicitor (3–7 PQE) – Central London – Top 200 Firm
A highly regarded Top 200 law firm in Central London is seeking a talented Private Client Solicitor (3-7 PQE) to join its established and growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity to work within a well-respected private client department known for delivering high-quality advice to a broad client base, including high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals, families, and business owners, often with international elements.
The Role:
You will handle a varied caseload of private client matters, including:
- Wills and estate planning
- Probate and estate administration
- Trust creation and management
- Tax planning (including IHT and CGT considerations)
The role will involve advising on complex HNW and UHNW matters, including cross-border estates, international tax considerations, and multi-jurisdictional succession planning. You will also have the opportunity to build and maintain client relationships while contributing to business development initiatives.
About You:
- Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with 3-7 years’ PQE
- Strong technical knowledge across private client matters
- Experience advising HNW/UHNW clients, ideally with international exposure
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- STEP qualification (or working towards) is desirable
