Personal Injury Paralegal – Michigan No-Fault Jobs in Southfield, MI at Law Offices of Lee Steinberg, P.C.
Well respected Plaintiff personal injury law firm is searching for a hard-working and dedicated paralegal/legal assistant to assist an attorney with Michigan personal injury cases.
The applicant MUST have working knowledge of the Michigan No-Fault law and Michigan car accident law.
The candidate must be a great communicator and able to talk to clients. We are looking for a hard worker. Training will be provided.
The position entails various duties, including but not limited to the following:
- Helping prepare and answering discovery
- Speaking with insurance adjusters and getting updates from clients on medical treatment
- Preparing PIP demands to insurance companies to help resolve cases.
- Obtaining documentation from clients and upon clients on their case status.
- Overflow e-filing with area courts
This position is full-time, and includes salary, health benefits, access to the firm’s flexible spending plan and 401k. We have a very supportive work culture. Most of our staff members have been with us for years.

Pay: $58,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
