Every day, warm MVA (Motor Vehicle Accident) leads flow in. Some clients sign immediately. Others hesitate — unsure, emotional, or overwhelmed. That’s where you step in.
You’re not a call center rep. You’re a legal-minded closer — blending empathy, clarity, and urgency to help clients move forward and get represented.
What You’ll Do
- Handle warm MVA leads from inbound calls and follow-ups
- Explain retainers clearly and guide clients through next steps
- Convert hesitation into confidence through empathy and professionalism
- Follow up fast — maintain momentum and keep your pipeline organized
- Document accurately tracking every contact and signed case
- 12-9pm EST schedule to start. 5 days a week.
- Day Shift Available As Well.

- Experience as a paralegal, legal assistant, or intake specialist
- Strong sales instincts — you know how to listen, read tone, and close confidently
- Empathy + drive — you care deeply while staying laser-focused on results
- Excellent communication and attention to detail
- Bilingual (Spanish)
