Job Description: As an Intake Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, playing a crucial role in the client intake process. Your primary responsibility will be to handle incoming inquiries, gather essential information, and determine the eligibility of potential cases. Your expertise in workers’ compensation and personal injury law will be instrumental in assessing and guiding potential clients through the initial stages of their legal journey.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming calls and inquiries from potential clients
Conduct thorough interviews to gather relevant information about potential cases.
Evaluate and determine the eligibility of cases based on specific criteria and legal guidelines.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of all client interactions and case information.
Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive client experience.
