Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hong Kong SAR for a Paralegal at GCL Technology Holdings Limited. The Paralegal will assist the legal department and business units of the Group on offshore and cross-border transactions, compliance and commercial legal matters, particularly those involving Hong Kong and US markets; work on and complete tasks assigned by the legal department and provide general legal support to the Group; draft and review contracts and legal documents under the guidance of the Department Head; provide legal, administrative and clerical support to the legal department and other business units; business travel to Mainland China, US and other locations is required.
Job Requirements 职位要求
- University graduate with a full-time degree，major in Law.
- Minimum 5 years relevant working experience in Hong Kong; experience gained from Chinese companies or having served Chinese-funded clients at professional institutions.
- Holder of PRC Legal Practice Certificate, Hong Kong Solicitor Qualification, or US Bar Admission are preferred.
- Hands-on experience and knowledge of overseas (especially US) and offshore markets.
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Putonghua, both used as working languages. Cantonese is a plus.
- Detail-minded, good multitasking skill and able to work under tight timeline.
- Excellent in interpersonal skills and communications skills with all level of staff.
- IANG, QMAS, TTPS holders are welcome.
