We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Personal Injury Paralegal to join our dynamic legal team. In this vital role, you will support attorneys in managing personal injury cases from inception through resolution, ensuring smooth case progression and exceptional client service. Your expertise in legal research, case management, and document preparation will be instrumental in delivering positive outcomes for our clients. Responsibilities
- Assist attorneys with all aspects of personal injury cases, including case intake, investigation, and documentation
- Conduct thorough legal research using Westlaw, LexisNexis, and other legal databases to support case strategies
- Draft and review legal documents such as pleadings, discovery requests, settlement agreements, and correspondence
- Manage case files efficiently using document management systems like iManage and PCLaw
- Coordinate client interviews and communicate case updates professionally via phone and written correspondence
- Prepare for depositions, hearings, and trial by organizing exhibits, evidence, and procedural documents
- Maintain accurate records of case activities, deadlines, and court filings while ensuring confidentiality of sensitive information
Experience
- Proven paralegal experience supporting personal injury law or civil litigation cases
- Strong knowledge of procedural law and litigation processes specific to personal injury claims
- Familiarity with legal administrative support tools including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), Westlaw, LexisNexis, and document review platforms
- Experience with legal research, case management software (such as iManage), and electronic filing systems
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously under tight deadlines
- Effective communication skills for client interaction and collaboration within a team environment
- Knowledge of related practice areas such as workers’ compensation law or general & commercial litigation is a plus

Pay: $50,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
