Senior Bilingual Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal – Garland, TX
Join a growing personal injury law firm and become part of a team that is building for the future. An opportunity is available for an experienced Senior Bilingual Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal to join the team in a full-time, fully onsite role in Garland, TX.
This position will take ownership of personal injury litigation files from the initial intake stage through settlement, trial, and post-trial matters. The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of 5 years of personal injury pre-litigation and litigation experience, along with the ability to independently manage a substantial caseload. The paralegal in this role will serve as a primary point of coordination on cases, keeping files organized, tracking deadlines, communicating with clients and outside parties, and providing attorneys with thorough litigation support.
Candidates must have experience managing a caseload of at least 100 cases and should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
This is NOT a remote position.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Oversee a high-volume personal injury caseload from intake through resolution and file closure.
- Open and manage files, maintaining them through settlement and closing.
- Communicate regularly with clients, insurance carriers, and medical providers.
- Request medical records and remain in communication with clients and providers throughout the course of treatment.
- Collect and organize documentation needed to support injury and/or liability positions.
- Work with insurance companies and medical providers to obtain medical records and account balances.
- Communicate with insurance carriers to identify available coverage and policy limits.
- Ensure case files remain complete, accurate, and well organized.
- Prepare litigation complaints and discovery responses.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in Personal Injury Pre-Litigation & Litigation.
- Bilingual English/Spanish skills are required.
- A strong work ethic and the ability to perform successfully in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, particularly when working directly with clients.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Ability to prioritize effectively and remain productive under pressure.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organization.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Outlook.

Pay: $75,000.00 – $95,000.00 per year
