Role Highlights:
Transactional Engagement: Participate in sophisticated financing transactions that are pivotal in advancing the energy transition sector, demonstrating practical and theoretical expertise.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with a dynamic, innovative team and contribute to projects that receive accolades on international platforms, reinforcing the firm’s global influence.
Documentation & Negotiation: Assume a pivotal role in drafting, negotiating, and managing intricate loan and security documents, ensuring compliance with industry and legal standards while overseeing and streamlining complex closing procedures.
Qualifications:
Educational Credentials: Possession of a Juris Doctor (JD) degree and valid bar admission in the applicable jurisdiction for the application is imperative.
Professional Experience: A minimum of nine years dedicated to project finance or similar sectors with a particular emphasis on energy transition or digital infrastructure, showcasing leadership in innovative financing.
Core Competencies: Demonstrated expertise in managing intricate loan and security documentation, with a proven track record of finalizing detailed agreements. Strong analytical and organizational skills are essential to navigate and resolve complex transactional and legal challenges effectively.

Pay: $450,000.00 – $525,000.00 per year
