Responsibilities:
Analyzing and interpreting trial documents Preparing and filing pleadings and motions Taking and defending depositions Preparing and responding to discovery requests Communicating with clients Evaluating the merits of the case Negotiating settlements
Qualifications:
3-7 years of experience in litigation practice Expertise in law and motion practice, oral argument, hearings, mediation, and arbitration Excellent organizational, writing, and
communication skills
Proven litigation skills Proven performance and success in the courtroom
