Responsibilities
:
Work independently with your law clerk to prosecute all plaintiffs’ cases in a timely manner and to achieve a fair, reasonable and timely resolution.
Meet with clients and build cases from inception / pre-litigation through to discovery, mediation, pre-trial and trial
Collaborate with other associate lawyers and firm owners on case development and strategies
Requirements:
3+ years of Post Call experience
Experience preferred:
Plaintiff Personal Injury / Insurance Defense experience
Hybrid role (3 days in-office)
Expected Salary range: $120,000 to $160,000
This is a new position for the firm.
