Full Job Description
Responsibilities:
– Provide comprehensive case management services to clients
– Conduct intake assessments and develop individualized service plans
– Coordinate and monitor client progress towards goals
– Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure client needs are met
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and documentation
– Assist clients in accessing community resources and support services
– Advocate for clients’ rights and best interests
Skills:
– Strong clerical skills, including the ability to organize and maintain case files
– Excellent written communication skills for drafting legal documents and correspondence
– Familiarity with legal administrative procedures and terminology
– Proficiency in using legal research tools such as Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw
– Attention to detail for proofreading legal documents and ensuring accuracy
– Professional phone etiquette when communicating with clients, colleagues, and external parties
– Efficient data entry skills for maintaining client records and updating databases
– Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain client privacy
Note: Experience with the mentioned skills is preferred but not required. Training will be provided.
