Experience you will need:
Minimum 8+ years of experience in labor and employment law litigation in California.
Class action experience preferable.
Highly motivated with excellent writing, analytical, and people skills.
Value a collaborative team environment and prepared to work independently.
Ability to independently manage significant litigation matters, including complex class action/PAGA matters.
Experience through all phases of litigation, including opposing class certification, dispositive motions, working with experts, and trial management discovery/motion practice.
Bilingual abilities are a plus.
Juris Doctor degree.
Must be licensed to practice law and in good standing in the state of California.
Must have a California bar license.
Must meet requirements for continuing licensure for law practice during employment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $213,731.00 – $269,014.00 per year
