Duties
Handle personal injury cases from initial intake through resolution, including both pre-litigation and litigation phases
Provide expert legal counsel to clients, ensuring that their interests are always the top priority
Negotiate settlements with opposing parties and insurance companies
Prepare and file necessary legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests
Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, and trials as needed
Collaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to ensure the best outcomes for clients
Maintain detailed records of case progress and client communications
Adhere to deadlines and ensure timely case resolution
Ensure compliance with legal regulations and standards
Requirements
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Active Texas law license in good standing
Proven knowledge and experience in personal injury law
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Detail-oriented with a commitment to high ethical standards
Experience in both pre-litigation and litigation phases of personal injury cases preferred
Education
Juris Doctor (JD) degree
Certifications
Texas Bar License (active and in good standing)
Skills
