Position Overview
This remote position (DC metro residence required) supports PTAB proceedings and patent prosecution, offering an opportunity to work with sophisticated matters while maintaining work-life balance.
Requirements
2+ years of patent prosecution experience in a law firm setting
Expertise in PTAB proceedings and USPTO platform
Strong background in IPRs, PGRs, and patent appeals
Comprehensive understanding of patent lifecycle
Superior organizational and communication abilities
Advanced technical proficiency
DC metro area residence
