RESPONSIBILITIES:
Taking and defending depositions, specifically in the patent space
Drafting and arguing Inter Parte Reviews, preferably
Able to help run a case with the support of more senior attorneys
QUALIFICATIONS:
2-4 years of patent litigation experience
Computer science, electrical or mechanical engineering background with experience handling computer software and hardware
Barred in the jurisdiction, though TX bar admission would be preferred
