Type: Full-Time | Entry to Mid-Level

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM-5:30 PM

What You’ll Be Doing:
Draft and file pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and correspondence
Manage case calendars, deadlines, and client communication
Assist attorneys in trial prep and hearings
Organize evidence and maintain digital and physical case files
Support case strategy and settlement preparation
Communicate with courts, opposing counsel, and clients regularly
You’re a Fit If You:
Have 2–5 years of paralegal experience(civil litigation or business law preferred)
Know your way around court filing systems (state + federal a big plus)
Are highly organized, proactive, and deadline-driven
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
Can juggle multiple cases without dropping the ball
Are tech-savvy
Bonus Points If You:
Have a Paralegal Certificate or degree
Speak Spanish (not required but helpful)
Are looking for a long-term home to grow with the firm
