We are seeking a commercially focused General Counsel to join a high-growth, market-leader NYSE-listed Fin Tech company (~$5B+ market cap) based in the NJ/NYC area. This GC will serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO, senior leadership team, and Board, applying a forward-looking, strategic approach to legal and business matters, especially to support organic commercial growth.
Ideal Profile
- Strong commercial and growth-oriented mindset
- Intellectual Property experience strongly preferred
- Proven ability to partner with executive leadership and Board
- Prior in-house experience and a top-tier law firm background are required
This is a high-impact opportunity to help shape the legal strategy of a rapidly scaling market leader. This GC is on-site, five days a week.
