Trusts & Estates Paralegal
Pay Range: $55,000-65,000 plus benefits
Reflections Life Planning LLC, a boutique estate planning firm in Vienna, VA, is seeking a full-time Trusts & Estates Paralegal for a hybrid position.
This role reports to the office 2–3 days per week and works remotely approximately 2 days per week. This role also requires periodic availability for events that may occur outside of normal business hours.
About the Role
The paralegal will support estate planning, probate, trust administration, general litigation support, and matter management.
Responsibilities include maintaining files, drafting and preparing legal and court documents, coordinating signings and filings, assisting with asset transfers and file closings, communicating with clients and outside contacts, and conducting client interviews, legal research, records searches, and related administrative tasks.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
The right candidate should have:
· 2–3 years of trusts and estates experience; paralegal certificate preferred.
· Familiarity with probate, estate administration, legal research, and document production.
· Strong communication, organization, attention to detail, and deadline-management skills.
· Experience with Lawmatics, Wealth Counsel, or similar tools preferred.
