Sagsharma LLC, a boutique business law firm based in NYC, and offering services throughout New Jersey, is seeking a reliable, part-time “Of Counsel” to assist with general business law and litigation matters in New Jersey on an as needed basis. Ideal candidate should be able to devote 10-15 hours a week towards firm matters. Admission to NJ Bar Required.

Responsibilities
Conduct thorough legal research using Lexis-Nexis or Westlaw to support case preparation.
Draft legal documents and correspondence with precision, ensuring compliance with relevant laws.
Provide competent advice on various legal matters, including contract law and other business law matters.
Assist in litigation processes, including negotiation with counterparties and opposing counsel at pre-litigation stage and court matters as needed.
Collaborate with clients and colleagues to develop effective legal strategies.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $70.00 – $80.00 per hour
