Texas – Business Litigation & Estate Planning
California – Healthcare Transactional Law
North Carolina – Healthcare Regulatory/ transactional law
These roles are available on a part-time /counsel basis.
Who We’re Looking For
Ideal candidates will:
Have 4+ years of experience in one of the following:
1)Texas – Business Litigation & Estate Planning
2) California – Healthcare Transactional Law (contracts; regulatory law; license defense; PEER REVIEW)
3) North Carolina – Healthcare Regulatory/ transactional law ( contracts; license defense; PEER REVIEW)
NO MEDICAL MALPRACTICE!
Hold an active, unrestricted License to Practice law
Confidently manage matters from start to finish
Communicate clearly and consistently with clients and team members both phone and email
Participate in thought leadership through webinars or educational content
Track and submit time and billing in an organized, timely manner
Thrive in a collaborative, remote-first environment
For attorneys, we value:
