Responsibilities:
Assist with complex commercial litigation in state and federal courts in Connecticut and business bankruptcies throughout the United States.
Draft motions, discovery, pleadings, and trial materials
Attend court hearings, depositions, and client meetings
Work closely with lead attorneys.
Assist with client contact.
Qualifications:
J.D. From ABA accredited law school.
Member of the Connecticut Bar and eligible for admission to U.S. District Court.
Superior legal research and writing skills.
Drive to advocate for others.
Commitment to professionalism and the ethical practice of law.
